Vintage JBL L100 Century Speakers // Cabinets Restored / New Foam Grilles

The L100. Arguably the most iconic loudspeaker of all time, made famous by a particular Maxell ad. There was a period in the 70's the L100 outsold all other speakers combined, yet it never ceases to amaze us how rare it is to find a vintage example in good condition. Here, we have a beautiful pair – we've fully restored the cabinets, framing matched drivers with unmolested dustcaps. The grilles have been fresh cut using our exclusive process, using modern foam that will outlast your grandkids. The foam is then painted using the same techniques JBL used nearly 50 years ago. The color choice is up to you, but we find the merlot quite stunning.
