Risks

We're in this business because we love this gear, and our obsessive attention to detail doesn’t sleep. We put as much care into our packaging as we do our restorations, to ensure your gear arrives in pristine condition. Each piece we offer has been thoroughly tested and serviced by our in-house audio electronics techs to ensure that it’s performing at, or above, factory specs. We fully test each item before we ship it to you. That said, it is important to keep in mind that vintage electronics are sensitive to jostling and vibration, and it is possible that some issues can be introduced by shipping. We encourage all of our customers to consider picking up in person, whenever possible. If you chose to ship your items, there is inherent risk. Buyer assumes any and all risks associated with shipping.

Damage or Functional issues

While issues are rare, they do happen, so before opening the box, please take a moment to inspect the outside of the package, and photograph any areas that may suggest the package was exposed to rough handling. If you see obvious damage, please call us immediately, so that we can be sure to collect all the information we would need to process an insurance claim. In no situation is a customer authorized to send a defective unit to a 3rd party repair center without our consent, and we will not pay for any repairs that we do not perform or authorize. In every case, we test components immediately before packing to ensure the item is exactly as described.

Shipping Times

Most Domestic orders ship within 1 business day of purchase. For International orders or freight shipments, please allow 2-3 business days. In all cases, tracking information will be emailed to you at the moment the shipping label is created.
