Say what you will, but the Bose 901 is a timeless middle finger to the rest of the industry. While there are certainly more precise ways to reproduce sound, leaning into reflection is very interesting, and Bose was made famous from it. They do include the chrome-plated stands, which are very hard to find, as well as the Mini DSP901B, which replaces the original equalizer. The beautiful cabinets have been completely refinished, and we've reclothed the front grilles with a gorgeous black, silver, and gold. Particularly, if your tastes lean toward classical, this is the pair worth owning.

- Liner Notes
"One of the people from the whole of audio industry that I admire the most is Amar Bose. He went through the trouble of designing excellent five inch whizzer-less full range drivers and stuffed 9 of them in a clever box, with one shooting forward. That speaker, with it's dedicated EQ box, kicks ass big time in recreating the proper size of the orchestra and all that it contains." -Aleksandar Radisavljevic
