Scheu Analog Premier // Turntable / Tacco Tonearm

This is a bucket-list table, and one that we've always wanted to audition. With its massive acrylic platter, 12" Thuja Cedar tonearm, and nearly invisible nylon thread belt, it's one of the most beautiful and unique turntables available. So, we were very excited to learn that a previous Scheu distributor had a demo model they were willing to pass forward. They'd only demoed it a handful of times for local dealers, so you can imagine what little use it's had. We mounted a new 2M Bronze cartridge to it for play in the shop, and are quite pleased with the results (although a higher-end MC cart would certainly be a more fitting choice). We've had the chance to compare this table to several other legendary tables like the Gyrodec, the Skeleton, or the TD-124, and keep coming back to the Scheu.
