Advance Paris A12 Apex // New / Hybrid Integrated Amplifier
$4,999The A12 APEX is one of those hybrid integrated amplifiers that reminds you why the tube-plus-transistor formula refuses to die — the ECC81 preamp stage coaxes a natural, three-dimensional quality from the signal that sets the tone before the dual-toroidal, 190-watt output section takes over and drives speakers with authoritative ease. There's a High-Bias toggle that nudges the amp further into Class A territory; engage it and the presentation tightens, dynamics sharpen, and the overall sound takes on a palpable density. Eight analog inputs, eight digital inputs, HDMI eARC, built-in DAC — this is a single-box nerve center for a serious listening room, designed with the kind of pragmatism Advance Paris has made its calling card since 1995.
