The Pioneer SX-790 is a variant of the 780. This special model with black readout was available only to overseas servicemen – yet this example has nothing etched on the back. We've cleaned it up, deoxidized the pots, installed new lamps, and tested it thoroughly. At 45W per channel, this receiver has plenty of power for your efficient speakers. Very distinctive piece.
