The JBL L96 Delta from the mid '80s – perhaps JBL's best bookshelf. Known for their smooth sound, tight bass, and easy placement, these are perfect for tight listening spaces. This pair is in great shape. The caps aren't showing any signs of drift, the surrounds are supple, and the cabinets only needed a gentle refresh. Once we were finished with the wood, we reclothed the grilles in a stunning pewter grey, and we've been loving them in our listening room ever since.
