Advance Paris WTX-1100 // New / Streamer
$499The WTX-1100 is the kind of discreet gateway that quietly upgrades a serious system without demanding center stage. Its aptX HD implementation handles 24-bit audio over Bluetooth, meaning the breath before a vocal phrase or the decay of a struck piano string arrives with its texture intact — not flattened by standard SBC compression. A tri-core processor does the real work inside that compact enclosure, managing timing and throughput without fuss. Three output options — stereo RCA, optical, or coaxial — mean it slots into virtually any chain with no adapters needed. Small enough to tuck behind a component, consequential enough to notice.
